Book Nick Proach to speak at your next Function
Nick has a very interesting story to share at your conference, meeting or event.

Nick Proach has been building scale models since he was 11 years old, graduating to space modeling at the time of the Apollo 11 lunar landing in 1969. What started as an all-consuming hobby in the late 1960's for a gangly 14 year-old fascinated with the space program has grown to become a full-time business undertaken with passion by a man still in love with space flight.
It all started in 1971 when Nick built a small model of the Lunar Rover prior to the flight of Apollo 15 to the moon in late July of that year. He told CTV about it and before he realized it he was building the entire Apollo 15 landing site for the network's use during their coverage of the moon mission.
What followed were a number of projects throughout the 1970's and 80's, some of which seemed impossible for a guy who just worked out of his backroom or his garage.
In 1994, Nick put his knowledge of space flight and space hardware with his expertise of modelmaking together to form Nick Proach Models. His company is dedicated to keeping the memory of the glory days of space flight alive by creating the most detailed, most sought after museum and desktop model replicas of those early spacecraft and rockets, most of which are American subjects.
Nick Proach has intimately followed numerous space programs and in particular, the US, Soviet/Russian and Canadian Manned Space programs. Nick has numerous contacts in NASA and the aerospace community at large, and is also well known amongst a number of former U.S. astronauts, some of which have walked on the moon. Nick has also toured many of the main U.S. Space facilities, and as a Space Flight Historian has a vast knowledge and library of records from all manned and unmanned spaceflights along with an extensive print and video library that is in a constant state of expansion. He also takes time to keep up with developments in the aerospace field and is a regular contributor in space-related magazines and periodicals.
Nick is also a big promoter of aerospace education and believes that manned space flight contributes positively to the economy and is the biggest single peace-time drive of technological advancement.
Nick will address groups of any size to discuss developments in the various Space Programs from countries around the world as well as his experiences with many of the projects he has done. He makes the talks positive, inspiring and very informative.
