Roton "X"

This unique looking rocket was a proposal for the "X" prize, built for two of the gentlemen involved in the actual project.
This rocket would take its passenger to the edge of space, then return, using helicopter-like rotary blades, hence, its name, to slow its decent to a soft landing back on Earth.
