General Information, and Payment Options
Scale of models:
Although
Nick Proach Models detailed product line is based on a standard
international scale of 1/48, we also offer other selected
international scales, including 1/200, 1/144, 1/96, 1/72,
1/32, 1/24, 1/12 and 1/10 for some of our products.
Custom Building:
Nick Proach Models can custom build any satellite, rocket,
missile and experimental or test aircraft in any scale.
Contact us for a quotation, which we will be pleased to
provide at no cost or obligation. In certain cases, the
customer must be able to provide Nick Proach Models with
data such as dimensioned drawings, sketches and/or photos
of the subject in order to build an accurate replica.
Shipping, Insurance, Handling Charges:
1. Models are carefully packed and shipped via UPS Express, fully insured to the value of the shipment.
2. Shipping charges for models more than 60" in length or
width or for special models will be quoted.
3. Shipping charges are quoted in advance for foreign shipments, which are also shipped via UPS.
4. Customs, brokerage charges and fees, &/or taxes (where applicable), are the purchaser's
financial responsibility. We show full value on all customs
forms and invoices.
5. Should any model be damaged in shipment, Nick Proach
Models should be notified immediately upon unpacking the
model in order to make an insurance claim. All packaging
is to be kept for shipper's inspection to make a claim.
No claim or refund can be issued if this procedure is not
followed.
Payment:
1. Payment in full in US dollars (USD$) must be received before shipment of
product, no exceptions.
We do not any longer accept payment terms of any duration.
We do accept Purchase Orders, but product must be paid for in full before
any shipment of product.
2. Payment may also be made using VISA and MasterCard.
3. Payment Installment plan -on orders over $350.00, payment may be made in installments, to arrange for payment in installments please contact us toll-free at 1-800-293-8877
Returns and Refunds:
Since our work is custom and made to order, there are no refunds issued on any orders.
