Goddards 1926 Rocket w frame 48th scale
On March 16, 1926, this rocket flew to an altitude of 41 feet and landed 184 feet downrange of its launch stand. This 1/48 scale model stands just 3″ tall, this model is very rich in detail, and made primarily from brass. A great tribute to the father of modern astronautics, Dr. Robert H. Goddard.
