Refund and Ship-Back Policy
There are no refunds available on all products ordered.
Straight exchanges for damaged products can be made by first contacting Proach Models by email or by phone.
Non-damaged exchanges can be made with prior approval from Proach Models.
Any extra shipping and restocking fees for this will be the responsibility of the Purchaser.
Any damaged model return must be first approved by Proach Models and
properly re-packed in the same box and materials it was shipped in.
If a damaged model is not properly repacked and its return is not properly approved by Proach Models an exchange will not be issued.
